THE AHHLOOSH METHOD

Food. Rest. Movement. The room around me. An approach to everyday life that I can keep revising.

What I mean by a method.

I care about how the small parts of life fit together. What I eat, how I wind down, how much time I spend moving, what I put around myself, and how my skin feels all belong in that picture. This is a place to document the questions and the attempts, including the parts I change my mind about.

The archive contains a floor-sleeping experiment, tea rituals, meals and thoughts about reorganizing my room. These are dated personal records. They do not establish that a routine treats a condition, changes a hormone level or works for someone else.

Three questions I want to keep asking.

What did I actually do? Describe the action, not a slogan.

What did I notice? Keep the observation separate from an explanation of what caused it.

What is still uncertain? Leave room for another explanation, a change of mind, or help from someone qualified.
