The people in the picture.
The group photographs belong beside the portraits and the ambitions.
The part that does not fit a résumé.
There are photographs in this archive that do not explain a project or prove progress. They show people together. A night outside, a shared lift, someone visiting the mountain, a fridge stocked with care. I want to keep those alongside the things I made and the goals I wrote down.
A place becomes personal.
The winter photographs change when I read them with the captions about leaving and missing people. The mountain is still there, but the story becomes less about a destination and more about a chapter of life. Wanting to go somewhere new and finding it difficult to leave can both be true.
Keep their dignity in the frame.
My story includes other people, but it does not give me every part of their story to tell. I can keep the shared moments without inventing what someone else was feeling or turning a private relationship into material for an audience.
There is a simple reason to make space for these pictures: I want the website to feel like a person has lived here. The people around me are part of that, not decoration around a biography.
